Compagnie Faim de Siecle presents a multimedia adaptation of Heiner Muller’s Medeamaterial, an apocalyptic journey through urban alienation brought on by the contemporary realities of cross-cultural migration. Combining live performes and new technology, Shattered Boxes creates four interactive installations, each reflecting a different aspect of Medea’s insanity. Ibrahim Quraishi directs the production, which is part of The Downtown Arts Festival’s Contemporary French Art & Performance Series.
