May 4, 6:30-8pm: HIP HOP.ALT — folk, soul, and funk music will be stitched together creating a new alternative hip-hop style. This event presents hip hop in diverse forms.

May 18, 6:30-8pm: Hip-hop Panel — Bronx MuseumSenior Curator Nadia Yee and hip-hop writer Jeff Chang head an eclectic panel on the impact of hip hop culture on the visual arts.
May 25, 6:30-8pm: Girlstory — A multi-cultural, multi-generational choreopoem/story that braids time, place, ethnicity and society.
