The Queens Players continues a fantastically engaging season with a strong, uncommon take on Shakespeare’s Richard III.

With a unique version of Midsummer kicking off our 2014 season, we are looking forward to presenting our punk-infused version of Shakespeare’s classic history play, housed in the gloomy confines of an ’80’s UK underground club. Highlighting one of The Bard’s most iconic villains, a scheming sociopath named Richard the Third grabs the crown through fratricide, but the extreme measures he takes do not bring him lasting pleasure…. nor does he hang on to the throne for long!
