Retrograde

PLEASE NOTE: Thursday and Friday’s show will be at: The Red Room (85 E 4th St. btw 2nd & 3rd Ave) Retrograde is a new theatrical production, written and performed by ALL BALLS OUT Ensemble. Inspired by the popular phrase, "mercury in retrograde", the members of ALL BALLS OUT set out to interpret this astronomical phenomenon with human interaction on the stage. Retrograde depicts the contemporary culture of 20-somethings in New York City. This generational portrayal illustrates the struggle for self-definition in terms of lifestyle, class, and sexuality; which are still so hard to define within the seemingly liberal barriers that contain modern society in New York City.
