About This Show

The Henry Street School of Music presents a benefit
performance of Stephen Sondheim’s Putting It
Together to provide music education sholarships to
the children of downtown Manhattan.

Devised by Stephen Sondheim and Julia McKenzie, and
directed by Josh Carr, the musical showcases
over thiry of Sondheim’s most memorable songs from
such Tony Award winning classics as Company, Follies, and A Little Night Music. At an all night, black tie party, warring spouses flirt with infidelity and divorce, singing of their bittersweet loves.
