Inspired by Gregory Crewdson’s photographs, No Where is an evening length duet staged in one long, narrow corridor, limiting the audiences viewing space and creating a voyeuristic environment. The raw unadorned movement allows the audience to experience the work in a visceral way, bringing to the forefront the performers’ emotional journey.

Megan V. Sprenger is appearing in association with the Drawing Board Series. The series partners the Abrons Arts Center with Performance Space 122 (PS 122) for a range of residencies with some of PS 122’s most electrifying artists. Through the Drawing Board Series, cutting-edge theatre and dance artists develop new projects and present public showings of works-in-progress, which are followed by conversations between the artists and the audience. The series offers audiences insight into the creative process and provides artists valuable feedback on the development of their work.
