About This Show

Britain’s Improbable Theatre brings Lifegame to New York. Created by Keith Johnstone, this is immediate theater, entirely spontaneous, risky, yet filled with the rewards of great storytelling. At every performance, a different (pre-selected and completely willing) guest is asked questions about his or her life. Based on the stories they tell, the seven-member cast then begins to dramatize scenes from the person’s past. Each performance is a fresh and unique experience that proves that there is theater in the everyday and that everybody has a story.
