Joe’s NYC Bar

In the days leading up to the inauguration of President-Elect Donald Trump, Joe’s NYC Bar will open its doors in NYC for the first time in its 15-year existence. At Joe’s NYC Bar, the audience is invited to join the interactive, immersive, improvised, 90-minute show that seeks to build a global conversation about the world we live in.

Originally conceived and created in Orlando in 2001 by New York transplant Christian Kelty, Joe’s NYC Bar offers a safe space for the public to interact with a diverse cast of colorful and opinionated barflies about issues close to their hearts. At Joe’s, audience members will interact with diverse characters from a wired ad executive to a neurotic pharma rep. Embedded into the experience are meticulously researched characters, each with their individual narratives explored, plus a different world-class live musical act every night.
