About This Show

Caryl Churchill’s Heart’s Desire is an intricately woven play about a couple waiting for the return of their daughter. It features her trademark absurd touches, including the replaying of scenes over and over a la Groundhog Day and the introduction of a variety of unexpected guests — their alcoholic son, gun-toting visitors and a giant bird. Max Seide directs.

Jesus Hector Christ is about three twenty-somethings who never say what they mean. Couple Clyde and Natalie turn to Tim in a desperate time, but can he give them what they need? The play was inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s short story Hills Like White Elements, in which the tension is created more by what is not said, than what is said.
