Horse Trade celebrates the end of winter with the 2nd Annual FRIGID New York Festival, an open and uncensored Indie Theater Festival presented at The Kraine Theater, The Red Room, and Under St. Mark’s. FRIGID is an unjuried celebration of Off-Off Broadway artists from around the globe.
