Different Dreams, Different Times, Vickie Philips’ ongoing cabaret act, offers a gentle musical reverie about changing hopes and aspirations, from childhood to maturity. Her performance moves onto the Midtown International Theater Festival for one night before returning to cabaret mecca Don’t Tell Mama.
