Skip Costa presents CMP(Core Movement Project), an evening of dance utilizing experiments with gravity and momentum, improvisations, sound and breath ultimately leading to emotional release. Their newest piece THE MOVEMENT WITHIN combines four dances studying fear, violence, surrendering and sorrow.
