Body

Body is the latest work of Dutch theatre creators Bert Oele and Erwin Kokkelkoren of Les Enfants Terribles. In this highly energetic show, we see seen bodies tell the story of seven people with seven different lives. The performance shows the audience the performers in their moments of triumph and failure, in their moments full of love and in their fight against their pain. Body is a mixture of performance and modern dance choreography that also includes some personal lyrics from the individual performers. Oele and Kokkelkoren are always looking for the essence in man’s life. What is for real and where starts the artificial? What is the truth and where starts the lie? And where do we find our personal limitations in this quest.
