Performance artist Nicole Blackman makes her debut at The Kitchen with her multimedia piece, Bloodwork. Venturing into uncharted territories between the page and performance, Blackman conjures up a hypnotic and disturbing world that gives voice to the dead, missing, forgotten, and condemned. Text projections, spoken word pieces, and unnerving inquiries combine to create multi-layered tales of passion, memory, and death.
