This haunting comedy cross-cuts among three generations of a family whose ultimate destiny is shaped by silly and cruel accidents. On the eve of his ex-fiancée?s wedding Leo, a gay thirty something, checks into a second-class Vermont motel. History rushes in when both of his dead grandparents and the bride-to-be force their way into his room. A teenage girl in a burning dress rounds out the unlikely party as chaos ensues.
