The Roundtable Ensemble presents A Visit with Two New Playwrights, an evening which highlights the work of Brooke Berman and Helayne Schiff.

Plays include:

A Free Man in Paris by Berman, directed by Michael Barakiva
The tale of a young girl entrenched in the awkwardness of puberty and dealing with her effortful relationship with her sick mother.

De-Fusion by Berman, directed by Barakiva
This story follows the idealistic relationship of two people reunited on the internet after one night together 10 years ago.

Key West by Schiff, directed by Mahayana Landowne
This play peeks into the lives of two very different couples having a very similar life experience.

Where are you from? by Schiff, directed by Landowne
This play takes place in a carpet shop in Turkey where a couple, desperate to be in the same place emotionally, struggle with their relationship through the bargaining for a rug.

There is an added matinee on Sunday, October 28 at 2pm.
