About This Show

A Glance at New York is a high-spirited look at old New York through the eyes of innocent George, adapted from Benjamin A. Baker’s 1848 classic. Mythical hero, volunteer firefighter Mose gives George lessons in courage & kindness. Through their hilarious adventures we discover the greatness of the big city and its colorful characters.

Presented by Drama Committee Repertory Theatre.

A special 145th anniversary performance will be held on February 2nd. All proceeds from this performance will go to The New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund.
