Des Keogh returns to the Irish Rep in his one man adaptation of John B.Keane’s The Love-Hungry Farmer, directed by Charlotte Moore. Mr. Keogh plays John Bosco McLane, a lonely country farmer, who is a “chastitute”, a man who has never lain down with a woman. His need for female companionship is foremost in his thoughts as he makes the ultimate bid to find a suitable wife. Presented by the Irish Repertory Theatre.
