Sholom Aleichem — Now You’re Talking!

Humorist and icon of Jewish literature, Sholom Aleichem will once again entertain a new generation in Saul Reichlin’s international hit Sholom Aleichem — Now You’re Talking!.

The show takes audiences back to the shtetl of Kasrilevkeh, where the abject poverty but perennial good cheer of its villagers is portrayed in turn as hilarious, touching and occasionally horrifying. Told in stories within stories, and dreams within stories – where the matchmaker toils, wives are relentless, men barter for eternal life, weigh whiskey against God, and battle over a seat at the synagogue – in Kasrilevkeh there is room for them all.
