In Howard Korder’s world premiere of Sea of Tranquility, Ben and Nessa Green sell their house in Connecticut to resettle in the booming New West. But along with clear skies and open spaces come cultural warfare, runaway kids, guests who won’t leave, and a past that
never really disappears, whether it’s in the ground beneath their feet or
