The all-David Mamet season at the Atlantic Theater continues with Mamet for Kids.

The Frog Prince is a reworking of the famous Grimms’ fairy tale. A curse say that a young prince will remain a frog until a pure and honest woman of her own free will shall plant a selfless kiss upon his lips.

The Poet and the Rent is a one-act farcical fable about the trials and tribulations of a young poet who must come up with $60 to pay his rent. In search of the money, he falls in love, becomes a night watchman, befriends two theives and ends up in jail. But in the end everything works out fine, except for a few pies in the face.
