Crumpled & Corrupted 2

The award-winning modern-dance troupe, Chunky Move, packs a visceral punch in its high-octane double bill, delivering a powerful message in tune with the media-addled urban grit of modern-day Australia. In Crumpled, bodies come together, only to be unceremoniously wrenched apart to a throbbing techno score. Corrupted 2 is the troupe’s physical depiction of damaged data, as they question the compromise between humanity and digitization. Both pieces are choreographed by Gideon Obarzanek.
