One night at a local pub in London, Dave Gorman begins to tell his friend Danny Wallace about a man in East Fife that shares his name. This simple story becomes a drunken bet between friends to prove that other Dave Gormans exist. Slowly, this drunken bet leads to one man’s obsessive quest to track down and meet all the Dave Gormans of the world. Are You Dave Gorman? is a comedic solo performance about the search for identity through others.
