About This Show

Linda Glick, a leading headliner in cabarets, theatres, nightspots and supper clubs around the world, lands in Manhattan for a limited engagement of her new cabaret Don’t Ask the Lady. She will be singing selections by Stephen Sondheim, Frank Loesser, Jacques Brel, Randy Newman and others to the English speaking audience with a few French and Spanish numbers. Requested by some of the industry’s biggest names, Linda has shared the bill with the late Peter Allen, Sid Caeser, Charlie Callas, Joy Behar and Paul Reiser…to name a few.

While Linda has performed numerous solo shows, she received special acclaim for a very personal show, On Borrowed Time. Bringing dramatic voice to her victory over breast cancer, Linda conceived this musical performance from her own story. She appeared in a CNBC daytime Emmy-nominated documentary, Turning Tragedy Into Triumph: The Paradox of Breast Cancer.

As an actress, Linda has appeared in many off-Broadway shows and regional theatre productions. She has had leading roles in They’re Playing Our Song, Two for the Seesaw, An Evening of Kurt Weill, and California Suite. Linda will also be playing the role of Mrs. Brice in Funny Girl at the Merry-Go-Round Theatre this August.
