About This Show

Tony nominee Euan Morton kicks off the “Live From Gramercy Park” cabaret series at The Players Club for two performances only. The evening is presented by Stageworks Media and Jacob Langfelder.

Backed by Grandpa Musselman & His Syncopators, a six-piece jazz ensemble, Morton will magically take you back to the year 1933. Performing in the historic Players Club Ballroom, Morton will offer a repertoire of turn of the century ragtime, 1920s jazz and depression-era swing by composers such as Scott Joplin, Jelly Roll Morton and Duke Ellington.

A native of Scotland, Euan received an Olivier Award nomination for originating the role of Boy George in the musical Taboo. He moved to New York in 2003 to reprise the role on Broadway, earning Tony, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Drama League Award nominations, as well as the Theatre World Award for Outstanding Broadway Debut.

A light fare menu and bar service will be available.
