Ice Theatre of New York, which has challenged the traditional ideas about ice skating for 23 years, now takes on the choreography of Twyla Tharp. “After All” choreographed in 1976 by Tharp for Olympic Skater John Curry, premieres as part of the company’s home season at Chelsea Piers. Also on the boards are three world premieres: Liu’s “Pull,” Douglas Webster’s quartet “Meditations 1” and Peter di Falco’s “Mi Andalucia,” inspired by Andalusian dance, bull fighting and flamenco.
