About the Show

This fall, the Philosophy Day School inaugurates Calliope Playhouse, a performing arts series for children aged 4-10 and their families. The series includes drama, music, puppetry, storytelling, mask and dance. The School offers this series as a service to the community for children to meet and be inspired by high-caliber performing artists. Calliope (ka-LIE-o-pea) is eldest of the Muses of Greek mythology, inspiration for poetry and song.
