Billie Golden envisions a lush life singing in glamorous nightclubs. In reality, she’s a 32-year old waitress who lives with her alcoholic mother in Queens. When a successful corporate lawyer offers her almost everything she desires, but her heart is taken by a bohemian musician, she is forced to make a decision.
