About This Show

American Theatre of Actors will hold a musical theater benefit for St. Joseph’s Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota, which serves the impoverished Lakota children of the Pine Ridge and other reservations. A remarkable roster of performers from Broadway, Cabaret and the dance world will donate their time and talents to this cause. In addition, stars of the Alvin Ailey and Martha Graham dance companies will perform, and ATA actors will present a short play about the plight of the Lakota accompanied by native drummers.

Performers include: MAV Award winners Julie Reyburn and Mark Janas (piano); Broadway’s “Billy” of Billy Elliot, Giuseppe Bausilio, Jason Morris, Teresa Fischer, Andy Lebon, harpist Phoebe Rothfeld and guitarist Ken Coughlin; stars of the Alvin Ailey Dance Company and performers from the ATA company of actors. And many more!
