Nominated for the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Love Letters centers on just two characters, Melissa Gardner and Andrew Makepiece Ladd III. Through their lifelong correspondence, they discuss their hopes and ambitions, dreams and disappointments, victories and defeats. Only at the end of their lives do they realize they were really writing love letters all along.
