Keeping Mum

Flashback to London in the 1970’s. Cora Leeds, English matron, sees the demise of her beloved dog, Budgie and her hated old boarder, George Wilsey on the same day. E.K. Deustch’s Keeping Mum involves switched burial plots, Nazi conspiracies, and a randy English vicar, to name a few of the many madcap players in this whirlwind farce. Winner of the 2001 Felician College New Playwrights Competition, the storyline was developed by E.K. Deutsch and Lawrence Lee, and is presented by the CircumArts Foundation, PIM Repertory Group and the Arts Incubator Project.
