One of the Twin Cities’ most versatile choreographers, Mathew Janczewski combines provocative modern dance with inventive partnering in a mesmerizing remount of waterBRIDGE (premiere: Southern Theater, 2002). The dancers roll over, fold into and unravel from each other in a dreamlike investigation of the unknown physical world into which they are dropped.
