A Karen Carpenter Buffet, stars Joanna Jahn as Karen Carpenter in a performance that is equal parts musical revue, variety hour, and loving accolade to our favorite 70’s songbird, Karen Carpenter. Everything, yet nothing, you’d expect, it’s a nostalgic appreciation for the music with campy references to Mother Theresa, Marlon Brando, Rosemary Clooney as well as a touching and sober tribute to a voice that has secretly comforted and consoled millions and helped us through many ‘rainy days and Mondays’.
