The Merry Wives of Windsor

Join the Belmont Dramatic Club for our production of Shakespeare's The Merry Wives of Windsor! Experience this comedic masterpiece like never before; Shakespeare’s over-the-top characters with modern flair! The production is set in modern-day small town Windsor, USA, where everyone knows everyone else, particularly when you’re in a certain elevated social circle. When a down-on-his-luck stranger arrives seeking a quick fortune, he stirs up trouble with his schemes. It’s up to the women of Windsor to teach him, and their husbands, some important lessons. The Merry Wives of Windsor opens Saturday, November 1st at the beautiful Belmont Town Hall auditorium, 455 Concord Avenue, Belmont, MA. Performances are November 1st, 7th, and 8th at 8pm, and November 2nd and 9th at 2pm. Tickets are available at belmontdramaticclub.org.
