Pericles

American Repatory Theatre presents William Shakespeare’s Pericles, directed by Andre Serban. One of the final plays Shakespeare wrote, it is an epic romance, complete with magicians, pirates, shipwrecks, and a divine revelation. It opens in a world broken by famine, incest, and corruption, and closes in a sublime image of love, redemption, and hope.
