Country Fever with Goldoni

Based on the HOLIDAY TRILOGY by Goldoni, the show is comprised of abridged versions of CRAZY FOR THE COUNTRY, ADVENTURES IN THE COUNTRY, and BACK FROM THE COUNTRY. The plays document the 18th century Italian summer phenomenon known as the “craze for the country”. Witty and insightful, this comedy exposes the true nature of these characters as they madly prepare for their trip, only to return home completely exhausted. -kr
