The Provincetown Theatre Company presents the daring and provocative musical, Cabaret.
As the 1920’s draw to a close and the Nazi’s ascend to power in pre-war Berlin, audiences enter the Kit Kat Club, a seedy, decadent night club, hosted by the enigmatic Emcee, and starring a kinetic, fragile young woman named Sally Bowles. Anything goes onstage as the Kit Kat Girls and Boys perform some of musical theater’s most daring and provocative numbers. While anti-Semitism continues to rise, Sally Bowles manages to fall in love with two men, each with their own conflict, as the world darkens around them and life becomes more and more complicated.
