The Unacquainted

The Unacquainted, a modern day adaptation of the ministry of Jesus Christ, is the story of a family forced to accept the choice of the eldest son’s decision to leave the family business. His decision is met with quite a bit of debate from his parents and siblings as they wrestle with the pain of losing a son and a brother, as well as a vital member of the company, in order to fulfill a prophecy and begin a ministry that will cost him his life in order to save theirs…

Playwright and Author, Pamela Davis-Noland weaves her sonnet, “On That Beautiful Morning,” based on the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ, into a modern day Gospel Play that depicts the controversial ministry of the SON and brother who was born to die with the purpose of saving the world.
