About This Show

Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in the Sculpture Garden.

Once again the story of four love-sick youths who wander into an enchanted forest where they encounter mischievous fairies, gods, goddesses, and other mystical beings unfolds in the picturesque setting of the Sydney & Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden.

As before, this production is a promenade production at approximately 90 minutes in length. The show occurs throughout the Sculpture Garden in three locations. Seating is general and not provided by the Museum. We recommend a light, quick and easy folding chair or a good old fashioned blanket (strongly suggested).
