Theatre of Death – The Deadliest Plays

About the Show

This is the fourth installment of MBS Productions’ most popular show, in which they present "Teatro Breve," a curious form of Spanish Drama that dates back to the middle ages. All the plays in Theatre of Death – The Deadliest Plays are presented in English, and they all have one thing in common: someone dies! This year’s show includes selections from some of the most sensational plays MBS has done over the past several years! Some of which are: the agonizingly morbid Lament of Ignacio Sanchez Mejía, by Federico García Lorca, Floor 13, which is the most popular of the black comedy 13 plays by Alejandro de la Costa, The brutal Father and Mother, by Agustín Barrios, in which child’s play leads to unspeakable horrors, and the play that caused the greatest sensation by terrifying audiences and critics alike when it first premiered, Mark-Brian Sonna’s Killing Thomas.

This show is not intended for minors due to its mature subject matter and violence.
