About the Show
Winner of the 1995 Tony Award for Best Play, Terrance McNally’s Love! Valour! Compassion! is the story of eight male friends who gather for three summer weekends at a lakeside house in Dutchess County, NY. They skinny-dip, rehearse a drag version of Swan Lake, and grapple with fidelity, flirtations, and AIDS. The play is tender, funny, and smart.
