About the Show
A small town is full of strange and bizarre rules. No kickball after dark. Never dye your hair purple. Always keep three pencils in your pocket. Staying safe means keeping your head down and doing what you're told. But change is coming. Can the inhabitants of this town learn what it means to find power within themselves?
The final performances of the React 4th-8th grade "React to: Empowerment" Fall 2021 class. Family and friends are all welcome to this outdoor performance and showcase of our actors' hard work. Over the past 4 months, this group has worked to improve their acting technique, build confidence, and create an original short play.
Full runtime estimated 45 minutes. The final performance will be followed by an awards ceremony where each actor is recognized for their work.
