Folk singer-Songwriter Carrie Newcomer has come a long way since her childhood in Elkhart, Indiana. The recording artist, poet, author, and educator has 19 nationally released albums, including her most recent, Until Now, which was conceived and produced amidst the pandemic. She's been described as a "prairie mystic" by the Boston Globe and as someone who "asks all the right questions" by Rolling Stone Magazine. Carrie's song, "I Should've Known Better" appeared on Nickel Creeks' Grammy-winning album This Side, and she earned an Emmy for her PBS special, "An Evening with Carrie Newcomer." With all-original music that is uplifting, thought-provoking, and inspirational, Carrie leaves her audiences both hopeful and transformed.
