Third Annual 24 Hour Project

About the Show

The award-winning Infamous Commonwealth Theatre presents the third annual ICT 24 Hour Project, a collection of four short plays written, rehearsed and performed within a strict 24 hour time frame.

The project begins promptly on Friday, January 25 at 8pm. Four playwrights will each be shown a different image that somehow explores the theme of Righteousness – ICT’s ’07-08 season topic. The playwrights have until 8am the following morning to write four short plays inspired by the specific image they are given. In the remaining 12 hours, four musicians compose a short piece of original music to be incorporated with each play, and the directors and actors rehearse the play they are assigned.

On Saturday, January 26 at 8pm, exactly 24 hours after the playwrights were first assigned their image of Righteousness, all four plays will be performed before a live audience.

Limited seating, reservations strongly recommended.
