Sexsational with the Beast Women

Led by Jillian Erickson and Michelle Power, Sexsational with Beast Women aims to showcase the best of Chicago’s female talent. Presented in cabaret-style, the evening will feature several local performance artists’ solo work- be it is singing, performance art, comedy, dancing, poetry, juggling, martial arts or skilled and mind blowing hooping. Proceeds from the event will benefit Bailiwick’s Second Sex Series.

Inspired by Simone de Beauvoir’s groundbreaking book, the Second Sex Series (“2SS”) is dedicated to art that gives women prominence.
