On October 4th, join the iO Theater for an evening of exploratory and innovative musical collaboration from world renowned Carnatic percussionist Patri Satish Kumar, acclaimed drummer and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Jewell, and improvisational guitar virtuoso Bill MacKay.

Uniting for this one-night-only event, the trio will perform 90 minutes music ranging from composed traditional pieces to fully improvised musical explorations.

Presented in collaboration with Thawed Out Music Festival, this first installement of the FAR OUT series places these profound musical talents in the home of longform theatrical improvisation for an evening of inspired and soul-stirring music.
