Bourbon at the Border

Eclipse’s 2007 Pearl Cleage season concludes with Bourbon at the Border, her explosive play about two ordinary Americans who joined in a massive voter drive in Mississippi during the turbulent summer of 1964, which then ended in bloody violence. Years later, they are still finding a way to cope from that experience during that long ago “freedom summer.”
