Bleeding Hearts: Your Anonymous Letters

ICT encourages everyone attending to bring a copy of a heartfelt letter they’ve received, sent, or not sent. All names and incriminating information are blacked out and ICT members read these letters aloud anonymously. At the end of the evening, four letters are chosen to inspire four short plays to be presented at its 24 Hour Project later this spring. Bleeding Hearts: Your Anonymous Letters also serves as a fundraiser for Infamous Commonwealth Theatre. A portion of the admission as well as proceeds from a SILENT AUCTION benefits ICT’s next production, My Thing of Love by Alexandra Gersten, playing on the West Stage of the Raven Theatre Complex.

Bleeding Hearts: Your Anonymous Letters is the fourth event in the ICT Side Series, a string of arts events inspired by and focused on the ’05-’06 season topic of DESIRE. This evening aims to explore individual’s DESIRE to COMMUNICATE; love, hate, disgust, guilt, admiration, loss, and much more.
