About the Show

Neil Simon’s hilarious and touching portrayal of young World War II draftees and their struggle to make it through basic training.

Set in 1943, Biloxi Blues is narrated by Jerome, a writer who, along with five other draftees, is treated to the eccentric training methods of Sgt. Merwin J. Toomey. The men learn about friendship, loyalty and trust as they stumble through swamps, visit the local prostitute and perform countless push-ups under Sgt. Toomey’s watchful eye.

There is a special Mother’s Day performance on Sunday May 9, 3 PM – a $50 ticket includes pre-show entertainment, one flower per mom, dessert and coffee buffet. For tickets, directions, information and group rates, call 630-663-1489.
