About the Show

The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University (ATRU) and Pasquinelli Family Foundation are pleased to announce the Auditorium Theatre’s 2011 Gala Benefit honoring Chicago architect Harry Weese and saluting Sumner and Brenda Sollitt. The theme of the evening is “Preserving Our Past… Building Our Future.” The unforgettable evening begins in ATRU’s lobby at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception and silent auction. At 7 p.m., guests move to ATRU’s stunning stage for singing by children who have participated in ATRU’s “Hands Together, Heart to Art”. ATRU’s 2011 Gala Benefit includes a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions and dinner. Capping the evening is an on-stage performance by Tony Award-nominated Broadway star Christine Andreas.
